As the Founder of Personal Home Care of Atlanta, Yasmine brings a warm, client-centered approach shaped by her own experiences supporting loved ones. She understands the challenges families face when seeking trustworthy, compassionate care, and created PHCOA to offer exactly that. Yasmine is dedicated to ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and truly cared for, just as she would want for her own family.

Patrick Delva, our Director of Case Management, brings a deeply personal connection to the work we do at Personal Home Care of Atlanta. With loved ones who have both provided and needed care, Patrick understands the importance of compassion, dignity, and quality support. His mission is simple: to ensure every client receives the same level of care he’d want for his own family.

James Delva

James brings dedication, warmth, and strong business expertise to PHCOA. After five years of running his own trucking business, he transitioned into home care. His experience managing operations, billing, and paperwork now helps keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Onika Wilson

As the Compliance Officer at Personal Home Care of Atlanta, Onika Wilson is your point of contact for all compliance-related needs. With a strong commitment to protecting both clients and caregivers, she ensures PHCOA follows all regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Onika carefully reviews documentation, audits timekeeping, ADLs, and care notes to maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of ethical care.

NURSING SUPERVISOR

Rose Delva

As our Registered Nurse and Nursing Supervisor, Rose oversees and supervises all client visits to ensure care plans are followed with clinical precision. Her expert guidance gives families peace of mind that every visit meets the highest standard of professional home health care.

COMFORT CARE SPECIALIST

Ashley Raymond

Ashley is our Licensed Massage Therapist providing PHCOA's signature Comfort Care services. Through therapeutic massage, she brings relaxation, pain relief, and emotional comfort directly to clients at home, supporting those facing serious illness, complex conditions, or daily challenges with gentle, healing care.
