Director of Case Management
Patrick Delva, our Director of Case Management, brings a deeply personal connection to the work we do at Personal Home Care of Atlanta. With loved ones who have both provided and needed care, Patrick understands the importance of compassion, dignity, and quality support. His mission is simple: to ensure every client receives the same level of care he’d want for his own family.
James Delva
Office & Billing Manager
James brings dedication, warmth, and strong business expertise to PHCOA. After five years of running his own trucking business, he transitioned into home care. His experience managing operations, billing, and paperwork now helps keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Onika Wilson
Compliance Officer
As the Compliance Officer at Personal Home Care of Atlanta, Onika Wilson is your point of contact for all compliance-related needs. With a strong commitment to protecting both clients and caregivers, she ensures PHCOA follows all regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Onika carefully reviews documentation, audits timekeeping, ADLs, and care notes to maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of ethical care.
